Abhishek Verma has taken on the role of Associate Director – Delivery at Consultiquo, bringing over 15 years of transformation leadership across telecom, IT consulting, and Global Capability Centers (GCCs). Known for driving multifold business growth from idea to value, Abhishek specializes in building and executing digital transformation journeys that translate strategic vision into measurable business outcomes. In his new role, he will own multi-year strategic roadmaps, lead portfolio governance, and ensure disciplined execution across complex, enterprise-scale programs.
Prior to this, Abhishek served as Service Controller – Transformation & Strategic Leadership at VOIS, where he led a comprehensive three-year transformation roadmap aligning business strategy with people, process, and technology initiatives. He partnered closely with executive leadership to drive operational excellence, embed Lean Six Sigma frameworks, and promote digital adoption. His efforts earned him the Star Award and helped institutionalize First-Time-Right (FTR) principles, standardized SOPs, and robust compliance mechanisms across the organization.
Earlier, during his extensive tenure at Indus Towers Limited, Abhishek progressed from Service Desk Engineer to Project Management Office (PMO) Lead. As PMO Lead, he established governance frameworks, risk management models, and executive dashboards that strengthened decision-making and reduced project risks by 9%. He also improved project throughput to 94% through collaborative workshops and structured oversight. As Operations Manager, he led 24/7 service desk operations, enhanced network uptime to 99.95%, and reduced priority-1 escalations through predictive monitoring and SLA-driven execution.
