After more than two decades of driving revenue growth, leading large teams, and scaling projects across North India’s real estate landscape, Nitin Shrivastava has stepped into entrepreneurship as Director & CEO at GREENLANDS, powered by 92.7 BigFM. In this role, he is shaping the company’s business strategy, sales architecture, and operational foundation — building a structured organisation designed for long-term growth and disciplined expansion. His focus is on creating a performance-driven institution that balances ambition with delivery credibility and sustainable value creation.
Before launching this venture, Nitin served as Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing at TREVOC Group, where he managed major sales mandates, strengthened channel ecosystems, and accelerated project momentum across competitive markets. His leadership journey also includes key roles as Vice President at BPTP Ltd. and Omaxe Limited, along with senior responsibilities at Ambience Group and Central Park, where he handled premium developments, product positioning, and revenue strategy.
He began his career with DLF Homes Developers Ltd. and Assotech Limited, and progressed through Mahagun India, Supertech Limited, and Homestead — moving steadily from frontline sales execution to strategic leadership. Each phase of his journey strengthened his understanding of customer behavior, channel dynamics, and market cycles. A brief career break prior to this chapter marked a deliberate pause to recalibrate before building an organisation of his own.
