Pankaj Tyagi has joined Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd as Assistant Vice President – Projects, Head – IT Park Project, Gurugram, marking a significant and strategic leadership move in the NCR real estate market. With a proven track record in large-scale commercial developments and SEZ projects, Pankaj’s appointment is set to strengthen the company’s project execution capabilities and accelerate its growth momentum in the region.
Prior to this, Pankaj served as Associate Director – Projects at Hines India, where he was Project In-charge for Atrium Place in Gurugram. He also held multiple leadership roles at CapitaLand over nearly seven years, progressing from Manager to Senior Manager (Projects). During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in driving high-performance project delivery, cost control, stakeholder coordination, and turnkey execution across premium commercial developments.
Earlier in his career, Pankaj spent close to seven years with Ascendas, where he was instrumental in handling the development of 58 acres of SEZ land in Gurugram, including the successful completion and handover of a 7.45 lakh sq. ft. SEZ project. His strong foundation in engineering was built through roles at DLF Projects Ltd. and Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd., where he contributed to IT SEZ developments and strengthened his expertise in construction management, material planning, and resource optimization.
With deep expertise in project delivery, sustainable development, cost optimization, and cross-functional coordination between civil and MEP teams, Pankaj brings a results-driven and execution-focused leadership approach to his new role.
