Rising steadily to Senior Manager, she led large-scale digital ad delivery for some of the country’s biggest and most watched properties. Her work ensured seamless execution during high-pressure live sports, major entertainment events, and premium brand campaigns—making her an integral part of Hotstar’s ad operations success story.

Her experience also includes impactful roles at Oath, Yahoo, and Birla Sun Life Asset Management, where she strengthened her capabilities in digital ad operations, analytics, client servicing, market research, and strategic communication. These roles helped her build a strong understanding of digital ecosystems, advertising technology, and performance-led media solutions—forming the backbone of her strategic and operational expertise today.

Fariya’s career foundation was shaped further through business development and key account management exposure at ABSLAMC, where she supported revenue growth, stakeholder management, and client engagement initiatives. Her early experiences span multiple corporate communication and media internships at organisations including Intel, Sampark PR, Allcheckdeals.com, and Reliance Communications.
