Ankit Rathi appointed as Deputy General Manager at Tilaknagar Industries Ltd., marking an important step in a career built on commercial excellence, brand strategy, and market development across the beverages and FMCG ecosystem. Based in Rajasthan, he will now spearhead regional operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen the company’s market footprint in one of India’s most competitive and strategically important territories.
With over 15 years of experience, Ankit has honed a strong command of market execution, channel strategy, state-level operations, and distributor management. Prior to joining Tilaknagar Industries, he held significant leadership roles with DIAGEO India, most recently serving as State Head for Himachal Pradesh. His tenure also included an impactful stint as Senior Sales Manager, where he contributed to retail expansion, trade programs, and commercial leadership across Rajasthan.
Earlier in his career, Ankit built category expertise through progressive roles at some of the world’s most renowned consumer brands including Pernod Ricard India, The Kraft Heinz Company, and PepsiCo. Across each role, his approach has been rooted in execution discipline, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and building high-performance regional teams.
