Ankur Ahuja Joins Oister Global as Head of Finance, bringing over a decade of strategic financial leadership across private equity, fund administration, cross-border financial governance, and operational finance excellence. Based in Gurugram, he will lead the company’s finance charter and oversee financial strategy, controls, compliance, investor reporting, and scalable operational frameworks aligned with Oister’s next phase of growth.
Ankur joins Oister Global from ChrysCapital, where he served as Vice President, leading finance across both public and private markets. During his tenure, he played a critical role in designing and strengthening finance platforms that improved decision velocity, operational resilience, fund governance, and investor-grade reporting. His work included capital-call execution, NAV computation, cross-border structuring, SEBI compliance, ESG diligence, and automation of MIS and treasury frameworks—making financial operations more transparent, agile, and audit-ready.
Before ChrysCapital, Ankur worked with Actis and ValueQuest Capital, where he gained extensive hands-on experience in fund setup, cross-jurisdictional compliance, valuation oversight, investor servicing, audit governance, and finance technology enablement. His early career included progressive roles across finance operations, reporting, and regulatory compliance, building a strong foundation in financial controls and organisational risk management.
At Oister Global, Ankur will focus on strengthening financial systems, enabling governance maturity, supporting operational scaling, and driving strategic financial planning to align capital efficiency with long-term business priorities. His ability to translate complex regulatory environments, manage multi-market finance structures, and partner closely with leadership teams positions him strongly for this mandate.
