Samriddhi Singh appointed as Head – Business Strategy, Transformation, M&A, and Digital at Transrail Lighting Limited. With a strong foundation in business transformation, strategic growth initiatives, and digital-led value creation, her new mandate positions her at the forefront of Transrail’s next phase of organisational and market evolution.
Before joining Transrail, Samriddhi spent more than five years at KEC International Ltd., where she led large-scale business transformation programs, M&A initiatives, and enterprise strategy design across multiple functions. Her work spanned strategic prioritisation, operational alignment, execution governance, and enterprise-level change enablement. During this tenure, she was also selected for the prestigious RPG Group Future Leaders Board, contributing to strategic decisions impacting group-wide growth and innovation agendas.
Samriddhi began her career at MECON Limited, where she engineered large, complex projects across the steel and oil & gas sectors. She was responsible for feasibility studies, EPC scoping, stakeholder and vendor engagement, and engineering design for critical industrial and infrastructure programs including cross-country pipeline networks and city gas distribution projects. This early engineering and execution exposure now informs her strategy leadership through a strong operational and technical lens.
A graduate of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Samriddhi brings a blend of domain expertise, analytical rigor, and forward-looking leadership to her role. Her focus now centers on accelerating organisational transformation, driving M&A-led scale opportunities, and enabling digital-first execution frameworks to support sustainable and competitive growth for Transrail Lighting Limited.
