With over a decade of experience across channel sales, retail leadership, dealer management, and regional business expansion, Vikas brings a strong track record of driving sustainable growth through disciplined execution and high-performance team management. Based in Delhi, he now leads strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening Euler’s regional presence and accelerating its market penetration across key territories.
Before this appointment, Vikas served as the AGM (Retail & Channel Sales) for North & West India at Euler Motors, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint across critical EV markets. He successfully led a large team of ASM, TSM, and TSE professionals, driving aggressive retail and channel expansion while implementing data-backed sales strategies. His leadership was instrumental in deepening customer relationships, unlocking new business clusters, and cultivating strong distributor partnerships that contributed significantly to the company’s growth momentum.
Throughout his tenure, Vikas demonstrated exceptional strengths in market development, performance governance, cross-functional collaboration, and sales process optimization. His ability to identify emerging opportunities, manage budgets responsibly, and execute market-entry strategies helped Euler Motors achieve new milestones. Recognized for his outstanding performance, Vikas received accolades including the Moving Mountain Award from the CEO and the Fastest GTM Award for rapid passenger-vehicle seeding—reflecting his commitment to excellence and continuous delivery.
Prior to joining Euler Motors, Vikas built a strong foundation through impactful roles at Bajaj Auto Ltd, where he managed commercial vehicle channels across UP NCR and Haryana NCR. His expertise extended across P&L management, dealer development, business planning, promotional strategy, and competition mapping. His earlier roles at Mahindra Group, as well as marketing internships with udChalo, Sunrise Media House, Fortune Cookie (EY), and The WhiteBoarding Company, helped him develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour, market dynamics, and brand engagement.
