Nishant’s journey with BharatPe began in July 2024 as Senior Manager – FP&A, where he played a key role in business partnering, forecasting, and performance analytics. His sharp financial acumen and ability to translate data insights into strategic action have been instrumental in strengthening BharatPe’s financial governance and long-term planning. His elevation to General Manager reflects both his deep functional expertise and his impact in building efficient, insight-driven financial frameworks.

Before joining BharatPe, Nishant was Manager – FP&A & Strategy at HealthifyMe, where he contributed to revenue planning, business forecasting, and strategic financial initiatives that supported the company’s growth and operational scalability. Prior to that, he held key roles at Scaler, where he managed FP&A functions across education technology operations, overseeing budgeting, business modeling, and performance analytics.

Nishant’s early career includes experience with BSR & Co. LLP and Grant Thornton LLP (US), where he built a strong foundation in audit, assurance, and financial analysis. A Chartered Accountant by training, his background combines rigorous financial discipline with a forward-looking approach to business strategy and planning.

In his new role as General Manager at BharatPe, Nishant is set to drive financial excellence by aligning data, insights, and strategy to support the company’s growth ambitions.
