Twinkle Chandariya has joined SMBC Group as Assistant Vice President, bringing strong expertise in project finance and structured lending. With AIR 40 in CA and AIR 1 in CS, she is recognized for her analytical depth and ability to evaluate large-scale infrastructure projects with precision. In her current role, she is engaged in structuring long-term financing solutions and assessing project viability across infrastructure sectors.
Before this, Twinkle worked with Aseem Infrastructure Finance, where she served first as Associate and later as Assistant Vice President. During her tenure, she played a key role in evaluating road and transportation projects, conducting financial modelling, debt structuring, and supporting strategic capital deployment. Her contributions supported infrastructure creation and helped accelerate crucial development-led financing initiatives.
Earlier, Twinkle served as Senior Relationship Manager in the Large Clients Group at ICICI Bank, where she specialized in project finance focused on the Roads sector. She managed complex lending portfolios, negotiated credit structures, assessed cash-flow viability, and represented insights in key sectoral discussions including forums led by NITI Aayog. She also led board-level sectoral presentations, highlighting strategic developments and financing outlooks.
Twinkle began her career in corporate and international taxation with PricewaterhouseCoopers and previously worked at Sumaria and Sumaria Chartered Accountants. Her journey reflects a strong combination of regulatory foundation and infrastructure domain expertise, positioning her as a finance professional who bridges policy understanding, risk assessment, and structured capital solutions for nation-building projects.
