Before joining ETS, Adiba held multiple impactful roles at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where she played a pivotal part in building leadership capability and strengthening learning ecosystems across regions. As Learning & Development Partner – Europe, she led strategic initiatives focused on organizational culture, change management, and talent development, engaging with senior stakeholders to align learning programs with business priorities. In her earlier role as L&D Partner – Global Manufacturing & Biologics, she successfully implemented programs that enhanced workforce capability and leadership effectiveness across manufacturing networks.

Adiba’s professional journey is rooted in her strong foundation in social sciences and human resource development. During her time at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), she served as WGDC Gender Advocate and Placement Committee Coordinator, where she actively promoted diversity, inclusion, and student development initiatives. She also gained hands-on experience through internships with leading organizations such as Indegene, NHRDN’s Inclusion Lab, JSW, and Naprod Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd., where she contributed to projects on organizational design, digital learning, and change enablement.

Her early career experiences at Le Passage to India, Protouch, ColoredCow, and Info Edge India Ltd. honed her expertise in learning design, communication strategy, and human resource management. Across these roles, Adiba demonstrated a deep commitment to people growth, innovation in talent programs, and building inclusive workplace cultures that empower employees to thrive.
