Manoj Kumar has been appointed as AVP/Corporate Head – EHS (Environment, Occupational Health & Safety) at Signature Global, marking an important milestone in his distinguished career spanning over 15 years in environment, health, and safety management. In his new role, Manoj will spearhead Signature Global’s “Zero Harm” vision, driving a culture of safety excellence and sustainability across all business operations. Based in Gurugram, he will be responsible for developing robust EHS frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding world-class safety standards across the organization.
Before his appointment at Signature Global, Manoj served as Corporate Head – EHS (Corporate Function) at Adani Realty, where he led the implementation of comprehensive EHS strategies across the group’s real estate portfolio. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in aligning safety and sustainability goals with Adani Group’s ESG roadmap. He championed the use of advanced technologies like IoT, AI, and drones to enhance safety monitoring, conducted large-scale risk assessments, and ensured adherence to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards across multiple projects.
Earlier in his career, Manoj was associated with JLL India as Lead/Director – EHS, overseeing safety operations for diverse infrastructure assets including retail complexes, IT parks, and high-rise projects across India. He implemented global HSE standards, achieved BSC 5-star compliance, and conducted specialized training programs to promote awareness and competency in workplace safety. His leadership at JLL significantly enhanced operational safety benchmarks and reinforced a proactive EHS culture across projects nationwide.
Manoj’s journey also includes impactful roles at Tata Housing Development Company Limited and Cushman & Wakefield, where he gained hands-on experience in construction safety, risk management, fire prevention, and emergency preparedness. His initiatives in hazard control, behavioral safety, and regulatory compliance have earned recognition for operational excellence and workplace well-being. He has been instrumental in institutionalizing safety governance and integrating sustainability into the construction ecosystem.
