Ram has taken on the role of Assistant Vice President – Showa Gloves India at
Work Store Limited, where he is leading sales and strategic expansion for the Showa Gloves business across India. Alongside this, he has also been contributing to product development and specialized project execution through his ongoing consulting role with a confidential organization in Abu Dhabi, delivering industry-specific solutions and strategic growth initiatives.
Before this, Ram spent nearly six years with Portwest, where he first served as Regional Sales Manager and later as Country Sales Manager for India. During his tenure, he built national distribution networks, appointed importers and C&F partners, managed multi-channel marketing strategies, and established strong key account relationships across diverse industrial sectors.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Falcon Industries, Inc. as Area Sales Manager, where he strengthened B2B sales operations in Eastern India. Prior to that, he led market expansion across India, Gulf regions, and Sri Lanka for BELLOTA Agrisolutions & Tools Pvt. Ltd., focusing on distributor development, competitive pricing strategies, and market research-driven product positioning.
Ram began his sales leadership journey with
Ceasefire Industries Ltd., where he was responsible for regional business development, client acquisition, and corporate sales, driving significant revenue growth through targeted customer engagement and on-ground market expansion initiatives.
