Navneet brings a rich experience spanning over 15 years in education management, business development, and strategic leadership. Before joining Alliance University, he served as Assistant Vice President at USDC Global, where he played a pivotal role in steering market expansion, strategic planning, and channel development across key business verticals. His efforts were instrumental in building high-performing teams and optimizing brand positioning across domestic and international markets.
Prior to that, he was associated with the International School of Engineering (INSOFE) as Associate Director, leading initiatives in business strategy, sales, and brand management to strengthen institutional reach. Earlier, as Senior Manager – India & GCC at Texila American University Consortium, he drove international academic collaborations and regional expansion strategies, focusing on business sustainability and academic excellence across multiple geographies.
Navneet has also held impactful roles in reputed organizations such as Aptech, where he served as Regional Manager, and People Combine, where he contributed in several leadership capacities including Regional Manager – Sales and Marketing, Sr. Manager – Business Development, and Manager – Corporate Relations. His early professional journey began with Your Kids ‘R’ Our Kids as Business Development Manager and Arvind Limited as Management Trainee, providing him a strong foundation in customer engagement, market planning, and organizational development.
