Raghavendra brings over 15 years of multi-industry experience across consulting, technology, and business transformation, having previously served as Principal – Digital Strategy at Accenture Strategy & Consulting, where he developed and executed go-to-market strategies for AI and GenAI solutions tailored to industry-specific challenges. During his tenure, he led solutioning for business proposals, managed consulting engagements for Fortune 500 clients, and drove strategic initiatives around digital commerce maturity and ESG reporting.
Before joining Accenture, Raghavendra was GTM Strategy & Transformation Lead – North & Central Europe SBU at Capgemini, where he led market expansion and transformation programs across diverse geographies. Earlier, he held the role of GTM Lead – Sales Enablement Group at Cognizant, where he built frameworks to strengthen sales readiness and go-to-market competitiveness, driving measurable business growth across the BFSI vertical.
Raghavendra’s professional journey began with foundational roles in top-tier global firms such as Fidelity Investments, ISG (Information Services Group), and Infosys, where he contributed to process consulting, analytics, and domain transformation within the financial services sector. His early consulting assignments at Verdurous Solutions and his tenure as an M&A Analyst – Technology, Media, and Telecoms at UBS Investment Bank provided him with a strong analytical and strategic base that continues to inform his leadership approach today.
