Gaurav Bagga has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Emoha. In his new role, he will lead the company’s technology vision, product innovation, and AI-driven initiatives to enhance digital experiences in the eldercare ecosystem.
Prior to this, Gaurav served as SVP and Head of Engineering & Product (CTPO Role) at Pristyn Care and BeatXp, where he led large-scale digital transformations in healthtech and D2C sectors, embedding AI and GenAI across operations and achieving significant business growth.
Earlier, Gaurav worked with CIBC, HSBC, and Paytm Labs in key technology roles across data platforms, cloud engineering, and modernization initiatives. He also co-founded DeliverOye and Whoopiee Technologies Private Ltd., where he built scalable technology products and platforms for emerging businesses.
Gaurav began his career as a Big Data Engineer at MarkMonitor and interned at Abbott Medical Optics, gaining early experience in healthcare technology and analytics systems. His diverse background across startups, fintech, and global enterprises positions him well to drive innovation at Emoha.
