Ltd., where he played a crucial role in expanding service delivery capabilities, optimizing client engagement frameworks, and implementing governance standards that enhanced service quality and performance metrics. His leadership contributed significantly to the company’s pre-insurance business vertical during a phase of rapid growth.
Earlier, he held leadership roles as Vice President and Associate Vice President – Pre Insurance Medical Services at MDIndia Health Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd., managing end-to-end operations and developing scalable strategies to strengthen the organization’s client-focused delivery model.
