Nivedita Somani has been appointed as General Manager – Sales at KREEVA, marking a new milestone in her illustrious career in sales, partnerships, and business expansion across India and the UAE. Based in Gurugram, Nivedita will be spearheading KREEVA’s sales operations, focusing on brand building, market activation, distribution enhancement, and go-to-market strategies. Backed by KREEVA’s three-decade legacy of innovation and leadership, she is set to drive the next chapter of the company’s growth journey by leading a high-performing sales team and expanding its market presence across key regions.

Prior to this elevation, Nivedita served as Deputy General Manager of Sales at BPTP Ltd., where she played a pivotal role in building strong sales channels in both domestic and international markets. Her expertise in identifying and activating high-potential NRI and HNI clients, along with her ability to strengthen channel partner networks across India, contributed significantly to revenue acceleration. She led multiple ground activation campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives aimed at capturing premium clientele, showcasing her strong ability to blend data-driven insights with human connections.

Before joining BPTP, Nivedita was associated with 32ND as DGM Sales – Team Lead, where she contributed to building new markets for luxury projects such as Farmland, Virtual Spaces, Residential Plots, and High-End Villas. Her leadership was instrumental in expanding the company’s footprint through strategic alliances with channel partners, driving revenue growth, and nurturing a motivated team that aligned individual and organizational goals. Her strategic foresight and people-centric leadership helped the company enhance its brand visibility and operational effectiveness in competitive markets.

Nivedita’s international exposure comes from her tenure in Dubai, where she served as Sales Manager at Little IA and Head of Sales at Fitze UAE. At Little IA, she collaborated with top retail brands such as Amazon, Borders, FirstCry, and Mom n Store, while also managing licensing partnerships with global names like Peppa Pig, Lego, and Paw Patrol. At Fitze UAE, she led high-impact sales and partnership initiatives, contributing to the brand’s growth in the wellness and lifestyle segment across the Middle East. Her ability to bridge cross-market opportunities and drive sustainable business results made her a vital asset in every role.

Earlier in her career, Nivedita worked with Fitternity as AVP – Corporate Sales & Partnerships for India & SEA, where she built strategic alliances across Asia’s fitness ecosystem. Under her leadership, Fitternity grew into India’s largest marketplace for fitness services, serving over 7.6 million users and partnering with 7,000+ fitness studios and gyms. Her eight-year journey at Fitternity reflects her deep understanding of customer engagement, corporate wellness, and technology-enabled growth strategies.
