Aditya Batra has recently joined MPC Cloud Consulting Pvt Ltd as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, based in Gurugram, Haryana. In his new role, Aditya will lead the organization’s end-to-end hiring strategy, focusing on optimizing recruitment processes, strengthening employer branding, and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives across business units.
Before joining MPC Cloud Consulting, Aditya was associated with Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) as Talent Acquisition Manager, where he successfully managed the complete recruitment lifecycle and implemented initiatives that enhanced the company’s talent pipeline and employer brand.
His previous experience includes key recruitment and leadership roles at Bharti Airtel, Ericsson, PeopleScout, Yatra.com, and MNR Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. Throughout his career, Aditya has demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, high-volume staffing, strategic workforce planning, and mentoring recruitment teams to achieve performance excellence.
With over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and HR leadership, Aditya brings deep insights into modern recruitment strategies and diversity-driven hiring practices, positioning him as a strong addition to the MPC Cloud Consulting leadership team.
