Pankaj Choudhary, SHRM-SCP has joined MCO (MyComplianceOffice) as Human Resources Director, based in Hyderabad, Telangana. In his new role, Pankaj will be responsible for leading HR strategy, organizational design, and people operations across global locations, with a strong focus on building agile, high-performing teams and strengthening the company’s talent management framework.
Before joining MCO, he was with Fortra as HR Manager – APJ, where he played a key role in driving employee engagement, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. Earlier in his career, Pankaj worked at MAQ Software, where he led People Operations for the India offices in Hyderabad and Mumbai, managing HR functions for over 500 employees and implementing innovative people practices to boost engagement and retention. Tata Consultancy Services, where he contributed to HR analytics, competency frameworks, and configuration management.
With over 15 years of diverse experience across technology and compliance-driven organizations, Pankaj is recognized for his expertise in building global capability centers (GCCs), designing human capital strategies, and cultivating inclusive, high-performance cultures. His appointment at MCO marks a significant addition to the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand globally.
