Swati Sinha has been appointed as Chief People Officer at NMTronics India Pvt. Ltd., based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. In her new role, she will lead NMTronics’ people strategy — driving organizational transformation, leadership development, and employee experience initiatives to build a future-ready workforce.
With over 18 years of experience across diverse industries including technology, media, and manufacturing, Swati has been instrumental in shaping progressive people practices and fostering high-performance cultures. Before joining NMTronics, she served as Head of Human Resources (GDC) at VML Enterprise Solutions, where she led HR transformation for the technology hub (formerly Wunderman Thompson Commerce & Mirum India, part of WPP Group).
Previously, Swati was HR Lead – People & Culture at Turgajo Technologies, where she drove strategic HR, organization development, and culture initiatives during the company’s rapid growth phase. She also worked as a People & Culture Consultant across media, e-commerce, and technology sectors, providing strategic HR advisory to multiple organizations on talent strategy, organizational design, and leadership development.
Her earlier career includes leadership roles at Wieden + Kennedy, Hakuhodo Inc., Showtime Events, and NetCarrots Loyalty Services, where she played key roles in HR transformation, culture building, and talent management.
