Before her current role at Deutsche Bank, Heena served as Assistant Vice President at YES BANK for nearly three years, where she managed key financial operations and drove several strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance. Her earlier professional experience includes multiple roles at HCL Technologies, where she coordinated large-scale IT migration projects in Singapore, including the successful Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration across the APAC region. Her work in this domain involved managing offsite teams, coordinating with global policy and license management teams, and ensuring seamless project delivery across multiple locations.
Heena also brings significant prior experience from her earlier tenure at Deutsche Bank, where she served for over four years in India. During this period, she progressed from Executive Officer to Assistant Manager, leading the Reconciliation Team for Retail Banking. She was instrumental in enhancing data accuracy, optimizing process efficiency, and improving turnaround times for critical financial operations. Her work contributed to stronger internal controls, better compliance, and improved accuracy in financial forecasting and reporting.
Heena began her professional journey with Tata Consultancy Services as a Trainee, handling multi-currency payments and SWIFT-based transactions for Citibank clients.
