Vaibhav Sabhlok on joining Snabbit as Head of People & Culture, Vaibhav brings over 14 years of diverse HR leadership experience across some of India’s most dynamic and fast-paced industries. At Snabbit — India’s first quick-service app for on-demand home services — he is shaping a people-first culture while building frameworks that align talent, engagement, and performance with the company’s ambitious growth goals. His strategic approach focuses on fostering innovation, agility, and inclusivity within rapidly scaling organizations.

Prior to this, Vaibhav served as Vice President – Human Resources at BluSmart, where he led HR strategy for India’s pioneering all-electric mobility platform. He played a key role in driving people transformation, strengthening leadership capability, and establishing processes that supported the company’s expansion in the sustainable mobility space.

Before BluSmart, Vaibhav spent over four years at OYO, where he held several leadership roles across geographies, including AVP – Human Resource, Director HR, and HR Head – Thailand, Vietnam & Central SEA. During his tenure, he managed large-scale workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and cultural integration across multiple countries. His efforts in building resilient teams and fostering cross-border collaboration were instrumental in OYO’s regional growth.

Earlier, Vaibhav served as Circle HR Head at Bharti Infratel Limited, leading HR operations for the Haryana and Himachal Pradesh circles. His initiatives drove higher productivity, engagement, and talent development within a geographically diverse workforce.

He began his HR journey with Moser Baer India Ltd, followed by impactful roles at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd, where he partnered with iconic brands like Domino’s and Dunkin’ Donuts on talent and engagement initiatives.

With a strong foundation from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad, Vaibhav continues to be recognized for his ability to blend strategic HR leadership with an empathetic, people-centric approach. His move to Snabbit marks another exciting step in a career dedicated to shaping thriving workplace cultures
