Based in Gurugram, Haryana, Swati brings a decade of versatile experience across real estate, business development, retail leasing, and client relations, establishing herself as a skilled professional with a strong grasp of market dynamics and brand partnerships.
At RISE Infraventures Limited, a prominent real estate advisory and consulting firm, Swati plays a key role in driving new business development and retail growth strategies, contributing to the company’s expanding portfolio of premium commercial and residential projects across the country.
Before joining RISE, Swati worked with M3M India Private Limited, one of India’s leading real estate developers, where she managed retail leasing and business development operations. Her tenure there further honed her expertise in strategic leasing and fostering relationships with high-value clients and retail partners.
She also contributed to ELAN Group, managing the leasing of retail and commercial spaces and strengthening the brand’s footprint in Gurugram’s premium real estate segment. Earlier, she held a managerial position at Colliers, where she was responsible for commercial real estate management and business development, adding valuable corporate experience to her career trajectory.
Swati began her professional journey with Spaze Towers Pvt. Ltd., iVentures Capital, and later managed her entrepreneurial venture SS Trends 4 Women (Girls First Choice), where she developed innovative business development strategies and gained hands-on experience in operations, recruitment, and sales.
