With an illustrious career spanning over 23 years, Sudeep brings a wealth of experience and proven expertise in sales leadership, strategic business development, and client relationship management. In his new role, Sudeep will be responsible for driving sales excellence, accelerating growth across multiple business domains, and leading strategic initiatives that align with Kapston’s long-term vision. Prior to joining Kapston, Sudeep served as Vice President at Gi Group Holding, where he spearheaded business operations for over four years. During his tenure, he successfully led strategic initiatives in sales, marketing, HR services, and consulting, driving growth across the APAC region. His efforts in digitization and knowledge transfer programs, including Gi Group’s global “Train the Trainer” initiative, were instrumental in fostering operational excellence and leadership development. His contributions helped position Gi Group as a dynamic player in the staffing and workforce solutions ecosystem.
Before Gi Group, Sudeep spent more than 11 years with TeamLease Services Limited, where he rose through the ranks to become Business Head – Industrial, Manufacturing, and Engineering. His tenure was marked by strategic sales achievements, P&L leadership, and a focus on innovation and business re-engineering. He also served as Assistant Vice President (South & East), where he was responsible for staffing operations, regulatory compliance, and driving government initiatives such as BOAT and NETAP. Earlier, at Adecco India, he rapidly advanced through multiple leadership roles—from Practice Leader to Regional Business Manager—over a span of nearly six years, showcasing his ability to deliver consistent growth, enhance brand salience, and drive team performance.
