Before rejoining CBRE, Prateek Sakhuja served at Cushman & Wakefield for over four years, where he held key roles including Associate Director and Assistant Vice President, driving high-value real estate transactions and client partnerships across the NCR region. His career journey also includes an impactful tenure of more than five years at CBRE in leadership roles such as Deputy General Manager, Senior Manager, and Manager – Advisory and Transaction Services, where he played a crucial role in expanding the firm’s commercial leasing portfolio and delivering tailored real estate solutions.
Earlier in his career, Prateek Sakhuja held managerial roles with Realistic Realtors, Indiarise Properties Pvt. Ltd., and Ezee Property Solutions Ltd., where he honed his expertise in sales, project management, and property consulting. His professional journey began with Citibank India as a Universal Banking Officer, where he gained a strong foundation in client engagement and financial services.
