Jina Kuttath has joined Rajhans Group of Industries as Group Head – HR & Admin. Rajhans Group is one of India’s most dynamic and diversified business conglomerates, known for its presence across sectors including Realty & Infrastructure, Entertainment-Cinema, Textile, Confectionery, Hospitality, Logistics, Aviation, and E-commerce. With her extensive experience and strategic HR leadership, Jina is set to drive organizational development, ESG initiatives, and people-centric transformation within the group.
Before joining Rajhans Group, Jina worked with M/s-RBM Infracon Ltd as Chief Human Resources Officer, where she partnered with the CEO and board of directors to establish HR and governance frameworks across a workforce of more than 2500 employees. RBM Infracon, an NSE-listed company in the EPC Oil & Gas sector.
Jina also served with Hyundai Engineering Co. Ltd. as Manager – HR Strategy & Operations, where she implemented HR governance frameworks and led digital transformation initiatives using Keka HRMS to enhance operational efficiency. Earlier, she was associated with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries as Lead HR Business Transformation, aligning HR strategy with business goals and driving engagement through automation and workforce scalability.
Her international experience includes serving as Head HR – Dubai Region at Alpha Data, where she guided people strategy during a period of rapid expansion, and as HR Business Partner & Consultant with Finesse Global, managing HR operations and transformation projects across multiple CXO-level clients. Prior to that, she worked with Muthoottu Mini Financiers Ltd as Senior HR Officer – Operations & Strategy, leading nationwide recruitment of over 4,500 employees, and began her career at Maxim International Cars as HR Executive.
