Based in Mumbai, Shvetank is also part of the founding team of Invictus, where he is driving strategic growth, business development, and client engagement initiatives to build a best-in-class wealth advisory platform for high-net-worth individuals. With a career spanning over two decades in private banking and wealth management, he brings a rare blend of leadership experience, market acumen, and relationship-driven expertise to his new role.
Prior to joining Invictus, Shvetank spent nearly 12 years with ICICI Securities Ltd, where he served as Senior Vice President and Regional Head – Mumbai & Goa for Private Wealth Management. During his tenure, he led a team of 30 senior private bankers, fostering a client-centric culture and steering innovative strategies that positioned ICICI Securities’ private wealth arm among the leading players in the country. His deep consumer insights and focus on personalized financial solutions were instrumental in driving sustained business growth across the western region.
Before his leadership stint at ICICI Securities, Shvetank held a key role at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as Vice President & Area Head – Van Gogh Preferred Banking and NRI Services. For over a decade, he managed high-value relationships and oversaw advisory services for HNI and NRI clients under the Van Gogh Preferred Banking platform—one of ABN AMRO’s flagship wealth advisory offerings, which was later integrated into RBS. His success in managing complex client portfolios and developing bespoke investment strategies reinforced his position as a trusted name in the Indian wealth management space.
Earlier in his career, Shvetank gained diverse experience with ICICI Bank as a Regional Product Manager for Corporate Salary Accounts, where he contributed to strategic product development and customer engagement initiatives. His early professional journey also includes roles with Bank of Madura, Tata Donnelley Ltd, and SSi (Software Solutions Integrated)—roles that honed his marketing, financial operations, and customer management skills, laying a strong foundation for his future leadership trajectory.
