Kishwar Raj Saxena has been appointed as the Head of Production at Nahar Poly Films, a leading player in the flexible packaging and film manufacturing industry. In this new capacity, he will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations, driving process optimization, and ensuring quality and efficiency across the company’s manufacturing units in India.
Prior to this appointment, Kishwar served at Jindal Poly Films Limited for over three years, where he held the position of Head of Production. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in scaling production efficiency, enhancing operational workflows, and implementing industry best practices in film manufacturing. His leadership contributed to operational excellence and improved output consistency across units.
Earlier in his career, Kishwar Raj worked with Nahar Poly Films Ltd as Production Manager for more than 11 years. His long-standing association with the company reflects his deep understanding of its operational ecosystem and manufacturing processes. This experience will be invaluable as he steps into his new leadership role.
He began his career with Abhedya Industries Limited as an Engineer, where he gained hands-on experience in production systems and industrial machinery — laying the foundation for a strong career in film production and manufacturing management.
