Dhaval Doshi has been appointed as Deputy General Manager – Strategy & Business Development at Lodha, India’s leading real estate developer. Based in Mumbai, he brings a decade of experience in consulting, strategic execution, and business transformation across global organizations. At Lodha, Dhaval is set to lead strategic growth initiatives, drive business development, and align execution frameworks to accelerate the company’s long-term vision.
Before joining Lodha, Dhaval was part of Accenture Strategy & Consulting, where he advised clients across industries on technology strategy, market expansion, and digital transformation. His work involved conducting market research, data analytics, and financial modeling to shape strategy and optimize operations for multinational clients. During his tenure, he collaborated closely with Accenture’s global leadership to enhance client acquisition strategies and resource efficiency.
Earlier, Dhaval served as AVP – Strategy & Chief of Staff in the Founder’s Office at Onnivation. In this role, he was instrumental in building SaaS partnerships across the US and Israel, redefining sales processes, and designing go-to-market strategies that strengthened the company’s positioning in Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, and Data Analytics domains. His leadership helped streamline execution and bolster relationships with senior stakeholders across industries including BFSI, Retail, and Media.
Dhaval’s academic foundation is equally impressive. He earned his MBA from National University of Singapore (NUS) with a specialization in Strategy & Organization, and later attended London Business School (LBS) as part of a global exchange program focusing on strategy and entrepreneurship. He also gained hands-on experience through projects at Keppel Corporation and Tata Group, where he contributed to strategic consulting and data-driven digital initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Dhaval spent nearly nine years with Deloitte Consulting – US-India Offices, progressing from Business Technology Analyst to Senior Consultant. During this time, he led cross-functional teams on digital transformation programs for US government clients, developed cloud-based platforms, and implemented large-scale data systems impacting millions of citizens. His consistent top performance and multiple awards at Deloitte reflect his dedication to excellence and strategic leadership.
