Krunal Patel has taken on a new leadership role as the Managing Director (MD) of NTT DATA Business Solutions India, marking a significant milestone in his career of over two decades. With extensive experience in driving business growth, customer success, and digital transformation across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions, Krunal brings a results-oriented approach and deep understanding of evolving market dynamics. In his new capacity, he will focus on accelerating revenue growth, enhancing delivery excellence, and strengthening NTT DATA Business Solutions India’s position as a trusted SAP and ServiceNow shoring partner within the NTT DATA Group. Before joining NTT DATA Business Solutions India, Krunal held several leadership roles across reputed global organizations, reflecting his strong command in strategic business management and technology-driven operations. He served as Additional Director to the Board at ProvenTech Consulting Pvt Ltd, and as Managing Director for India and the Middle East at SafeBreach, where he was instrumental in driving market expansion and business partnerships. He also held the role of Managing Director at TeamViewer, where he led regional operations and digital transformation initiatives. Krunal’s career journey also includes impactful tenures at organizations such as itelligence India Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, where he served as Chief Operating Officer (COO), SAP as Senior Business Manager for Strategic Industries, Gartner as Strategic Account Manager for the Oil and Gas Vertical, Esri as Assistant Business Manager, and Zenith Computers as Business Development Executive. Across these roles, he has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, strategic foresight, and a commitment to delivering business value through innovation. Academically, Krunal holds an MBA in Marketing from St. Francis Institute of Management & Research, Borivali (W), and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Sarvajanik College of Engineering & Technology. His educational background, coupled with his vast professional experience, positions him well to lead NTT DATA Business Solutions India through its next phase of growth and transformation.
