With over 18 years of experience spanning healthcare, insurance, cybersecurity, and academia, Dr. Tripathi brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership to her new role. Prior to this, Dr. Tripathi served as Senior Manager at Tata AIA Life Insurance, where she played a key role in managing cybersecurity, IT risk, and compliance frameworks. Her work focused on aligning technological controls with business objectives to ensure robust digital governance. Through her tenure, she demonstrated a strong ability to balance data protection, business agility, and regulatory adherence — a combination that has become critical in the healthcare sector’s evolving digital landscape.
Before joining Tata AIA, she worked as a Senior Consultant at EY, where she advised large enterprises on IT risk management, information security, and compliance with ISO 27001 standards. Additionally, her long academic tenure as an Assistant Professor at Fr.
