His tenure witnessed impactful transformations in recruitment, workforce planning, and leadership development—initiatives that helped Suzlon sustain its growth in a competitive renewable energy landscape.

Previously, at Welspun One, Nitin held key HR leadership roles, including General Manager – Talent Planning & Business Partner and Assistant General Manager – HRBP, where he oversaw HR operations, talent engagement, and strategic workforce planning across multiple verticals. His proactive approach toward talent retention and policy enhancement made a significant mark on Welspun One’s organizational performance.

Nitin also spent five years with The Phoenix Mills Ltd., where he led pan-India leadership hiring, policy formulation, and HRIS implementation.
