Reecha Singh has been appointed as the Head of Sales at the Institute of Project Management (IPM), Ireland’s longest-established project management training and certification body with over 35 years of global impact. In her new role, Reecha will lead the organization’s sales and partnership strategy, furthering IPM’s mission to empower individuals and organizations—from startups to multinational corporations and government bodies—to deliver projects smarter, faster, and with measurable results.
With a career spanning leadership roles across diverse industries, Reecha brings a unique blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and partnership-building expertise. Prior to joining IPM, she co-founded Feed Smart, a D2C brand committed to transforming family mealtimes with clean, healthy products. As CMO, Reecha led marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth initiatives, creating a strong foundation for the company’s success. She has also served as Vice President – Partnerships & Growth at Dorms.com, where she played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint in the global accommodation sector, managing sales, partnerships, and business growth strategies. Her leadership journey also includes key roles at Unilodgers, Emaar, and other global organizations, where she consistently delivered business growth, strategic alliances, and innovative sales strategies.
At IPM, Reecha will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the Institute’s vision of excellence in project management training and certification.
