Leena C. has joined Redwood Software as Senior HR Manager – Center of Excellence (India). Based in Hyderabad, she will focus on driving HR strategy, people development, and cultural transformation initiatives across the company’s Indian operations.
Leena brings over a decade of rich experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and people strategy. Prior to joining Redwood Software, she was with Quantela Inc. for nearly six years, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s HR function through its growth and global expansion phases. At Quantela, she led strategic initiatives in compensation, leadership hiring, and mergers & acquisitions, while fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity across global teams.
Her professional journey also includes impactful stints at Cognizant and ADP, where she successfully led global talent acquisition for technology teams, built robust hiring frameworks, and drove people engagement programs across multiple geographies. Leena’s strengths lie in aligning HR processes with organizational objectives and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance employee experience.
At Redwood Software, Leena will lead HR excellence initiatives for India, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and the creation of scalable people frameworks to support the company’s continued growth and global alignment.
