Raghav Arora has been appointed as Head – Asia Global Solutions (AGS) & Regional Head Commercial Risk Sales – North at Aon Risk Insurance Brokers India Pvt Ltd. (formerly GIB, an Aon company). Based in Gurugram, he takes on this leadership role with a mandate to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand Aon’s presence in the region.
Raghav Arora brings over two decades of expertise in risk management and insurance solutions. Most recently, he served at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. where he held multiple leadership positions including Sales Leader – India Client Service and Practice Leader – Japan Client Service, successfully managing global insurance portfolios and cross-border client relationships.
Prior to his tenure at Marsh, Raghav Arora worked with HDFC ERGO General Insurance, Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Co. Ltd., and ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd., where he developed strong capabilities in corporate risk, SME business, and multinational client servicing. His experience also includes entrepreneurial exposure as Proprietor of Arora Industries.
With his proven track record in business development, client retention, and international collaboration, Raghav Arora is well-positioned to contribute to Aon Risk Insurance Brokers India Pvt Ltd.’s continued growth in Asia.
