Suraj Mohammed has been appointed as the Head of Marketing at Pace Wisdom Solutions, Bengaluru. In this leadership role, he will drive the company’s integrated marketing strategies, strengthening brand positioning, and accelerating growth through innovative campaigns and business development initiatives. His appointment reflects Pace Wisdom’s commitment to scaling its presence in the technology and consulting space.
Suraj brings with him a diverse career spanning marketing leadership, digital strategy, and entrepreneurial ventures. Most recently, he served as Deputy Manager – Marketing at NeoSOFT, where he led global marketing initiatives across North America and India. There, he played a pivotal role in demand generation, campaign strategy, and aligning marketing with sales to drive growth in emerging markets.
Prior to that, Suraj worked with Josh Software as Assistant Marketing Manager, where he led inbound marketing and demand generation, including SEO/SEM, content, campaigns, and social media initiatives. Managing a team of 15, he successfully executed large-scale marketing strategies, enhanced online presence, and delivered high ROI-driven campaigns.
Earlier in his career, he co-founded KITCHSTART Pvt Ltd, a food-tech platform that aimed to build a 360-degree ecosystem for food businesses and entrepreneurs. Though the project concluded due to funding constraints, the venture provided him invaluable experience in product marketing and ecosystem development. He also held key sales and marketing roles at Vastech Solutions, contributing to revenue generation, content marketing, and client acquisition.
With this new role, Suraj is expected to leverage his expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and strategic communication to strengthen Pace Wisdom’s market positioning and drive its next phase of growth. His journey demonstrates the power of combining entrepreneurial spirit with corporate marketing excellence.
