Atul Rao has taken on the role of Manager – Channel Sales at Trident Realty, a move that underscores his expertise in luxury and ultra-luxury real estate sales. In this new capacity, he will be responsible for driving channel partnerships, strengthening broker networks, and enhancing sales strategies to support Trident Realty’s ambitious growth plans. His focus will be on expanding the company’s presence in key markets and delivering customer-centric solutions that align with Trident’s vision for premium real estate development.
Atul brings with him extensive experience from leading real estate companies. Most recently, he served with Tulip Infratech for nearly five years, where he held the position of Senior Manager – Sales and Marketing. In this role, he specialized in ultra-luxury residential projects, successfully leading sales operations and building strong client and partner relationships. His tenure at Tulip Infratech equipped him with deep insights into managing high-value transactions and cultivating trust within the competitive real estate ecosystem.
Before joining Tulip Infratech, Atul was associated with Antriksh India Group, where he served as a Manager, overseeing sales strategies and project promotions. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable exposure at Elan Group through an internship that helped shape his early understanding of real estate markets and customer engagement practices. Across these roles, he has consistently demonstrated strengths in team leadership, market expansion, and sales execution.
With this appointment, Trident Realty adds a proven sales professional to its leadership team. Atul’s blend of luxury market expertise, channel development capabilities, and track record in driving growth will be instrumental as the company continues to expand its footprint and deliver projects that redefine the urban living experience.
