Chandra Mouli G has joined Chettinad Cement as General Manager – Sales & Marketing in September 2025. In this leadership role, he will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening channel development, and leading strategic marketing initiatives across key markets.
Chandra Mouli brings over 17 years of experience in sales leadership, P&L management, and channel development. Prior to this, he was associated with Asian Paints for more than 12 years, where he held multiple leadership positions including Regional Sales Manager, Regional Manager, and Senior Area Sales Manager. He played a pivotal role in scaling operations across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, driving significant revenue growth, optimizing product mix, and implementing innovative sales and distribution models.
An expert in revenue management, team building, and strategic market execution, Chandra Mouli G is recognized for pioneering process improvements in credit terms, direct-to-store installations, transportation strategies, and tactical trade interventions—enhancing competitiveness and market share.
His appointment at Chettinad Cement marks a significant step in the company’s vision to strengthen its market position and achieve sustainable growth in the cement industry.
