Bikash Madan (LinkedIn) has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of WTiCabs, effective September 2025. Based in New Delhi, Bikash will spearhead the company’s growth strategy, operational excellence, and service innovation in the fast-evolving mobility and transportation sector. His leadership will be pivotal in strengthening WTiCabs’ market position and expanding its service footprint across India.
Alongside this role, Bikash continues to lead Networkology as CEO, where he provides advisory services in the wireless, broadband, and broadcasting industries. His expertise in M&A advisory, strategic planning, and business transformation has enabled organizations to navigate complex market dynamics and achieve sustainable growth.
Bikash brings a wealth of international experience from his previous leadership roles, including Vice President – Strategy & Business Development (EMEA & APAC) at PPC Broadband, Inc. – A Belden Brand, and Vice President – International Business at JMA Wireless. At JMA, he successfully built and scaled global operations across 43 countries, secured partnerships with leading telecom operators, and drove major acquisitions that significantly expanded the company’s global revenue.
With over three decades of experience across telecommunications, broadcasting, and business transformation, Bikash has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive growth and deliver strategic impact. His appointment as CEO of WTiCabs marks a new chapter for the company as it continues to innovate and scale in India’s dynamic mobility ecosystem.
