Anand Mimani (LinkedIn) has taken on the role of CEO – EV & New Energy Business at Blue Energy Motors, effective September 2025. In this leadership capacity, he will drive the company’s vision of building a sustainable future for the trucking industry through cutting-edge electric and alternative fuel solutions. His mandate will focus on advancing the adoption of zero-emission trucking, expanding clean mobility solutions, and strengthening Blue Energy Motors’ position as a pioneer in India’s EV ecosystem.
Alongside this, Anand continues to serve as Chief Executive Officer at GreenLine, a role he has held since June 2022. At GreenLine, he has been instrumental in enabling the decarbonization of heavy transportation through LNG-powered fleets, while partnering with large enterprises to reduce their carbon footprint. His dual leadership reflects his deep commitment to building cleaner, future-ready mobility ecosystems in India and beyond.
Previously, Anand was President at AMW Autocomponent Ltd. (2019–2021) and earlier served as MD & CEO of the same company for over 14 years. Under his leadership, AMW became a significant manufacturer of steel wheel rims and sheet metal stampings, where he drove innovation, growth, and operational excellence. His earlier career spans leadership roles as Managing Director at SGP Agencies Ltd. and Partner at Global Connexions – A Travel House, showcasing a diverse background across industries including manufacturing, distribution, and services.
With a proven record of entrepreneurship, strategic growth, and innovation, Anand brings more than two decades of leadership experience to the clean mobility and EV sectors. His appointment at Blue Energy Motors marks a significant step in the company’s mission to accelerate India’s transition to sustainable transportation and reimagine the future of heavy-duty mobility.
