Apurva Pundir has been appointed as Chief People & Culture Officer at Trehan IRIS, effective September 2025. Before joining Trehan IRIS, Apurva Pundir had a distinguished 13-year career with KPMG India, where she served as Senior Associate Director. During her tenure, she led initiatives across employee relations, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational development. She played a pivotal role in implementing innovative HR practices, aligning talent strategies with business priorities, and building an inclusive and high-performance culture at KPMG India’s Gurugram and Noida offices.

Earlier, Apurva Pundir worked with Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Talent Acquisition & Transformation Specialist, where she led client ramp-ups, handled hiring for both technical and non-technical roles, and supported shared services setup for business acquisitions across Chennai, Pune, and Gurgaon. Her early career experience includes a stint at Bharti Airtel Limited, where she began her professional journey as a trainee, gaining exposure to telecom industry operations and HR processes.

With her rich experience across Trehan IRIS, KPMG India, Cognizant, and Bharti Airtel Limited, Apurva Pundir brings a strong background in HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and cultural transformation. Her leadership will play a key role in building a people-first organization at Trehan IRIS, enhancing employee experience, and driving sustainable business outcomes.
