Mushtaque Ansari has recently joined KP Group as Deputy General Manager – HR in Gujarat, where Asia’s largest galvanizing kettle plant is being established at the state-of-the-art Matar facility. In his new role, he will be instrumental in driving HR strategies, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives to support the Group’s ambitious expansion plans.
With over 24 years of rich experience in Human Resources, Administration, and Industrial Relations, Mushtaque has consistently demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee life cycle management, statutory compliance, training and development, strategic planning, payroll, and performance management. His leadership has been marked by building efficient HR systems, implementing robust policies, and fostering positive workplace cultures across diverse industries.
Prior to joining KP Group, Mushtaque had a distinguished 16-year tenure with ROADIS, where he rose through the ranks from Senior Manager – HR to Assistant General Manager – HR, and most recently served as Deputy General Manager – HR. Earlier in his career, he held senior HR leadership positions at Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd, IJM Corporation Berhad, and BSCPL Infrastructure, contributing to large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects across India.
