Anurag Sethi has recently joined GROZ TOOLS as Senior Manager – Design & Development, bringing with him over 16 years of diverse experience in product design, development, and engineering innovation. In his new role, he will be responsible for defining and executing design strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives, setting project priorities and timelines, and ensuring smooth integration of design and development processes across departments.
Prior to this, Anurag built a successful career at Padmini VNA Mechatronics Limited, where he held multiple leadership roles including Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager over a span of more than seven years. His contributions involved overseeing new product development, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring design excellence in complex engineering projects.
Earlier in his career, he worked with reputed organizations such as Philips India Ltd., Optiemus Infracom Limited, and The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd. Across these roles, he gained extensive expertise in areas like DFMEA, DFA, NPI processes, product prototyping, and large-scale assembly design. His work ranged from consumer appliances to advanced mechanical systems, showcasing his ability to innovate across industries.
With his vast technical knowledge and proven leadership in design and development, Anurag’s appointment is set to further strengthen GROZ TOOLS’ commitment to delivering world-class engineering solutions. His vision and expertise are expected to play a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s innovation-driven growth journey.
