Pramod brings over two decades of experience in information security, risk management, quality management, and IT operations. Prior to this appointment, he served as Executive Director, Data Protection Officer & CISO at GreenPoint Global, where he led data protection, privacy, compliance, and information security initiatives. He was instrumental in building strong governance frameworks, driving software services for compliance applications, and working with global clients on regulatory and cybersecurity mandates.
His career includes senior leadership roles such as Director of Business Excellence & Risk Management at GreenPoint, and Head of Business Excellence & Risk Management at Bayer Business Services. Over the years, he has successfully driven operational excellence, regulatory compliance, IT governance, and enterprise-wide risk management programs. His expertise in third-party risk management, data privacy, and regulatory audits has made him a trusted advisor to management teams and boards alike.
