Dhiraj Poojary has joined UK Realty as the Assistant Vice President – Human Resources, bringing with him more than 15 years of experience in human capital management, leadership hiring, and organisational development. In his new role, Dhiraj will be instrumental in driving people strategies, strengthening talent management frameworks, and nurturing a culture of innovation and performance within the organisation.
Throughout his career, Dhiraj has been recognised as a strategic HR leader and culture champion, having successfully led large-scale HR operations, performance management systems, and learning and development initiatives. His expertise spans across employee engagement, compensation and benefits, statutory compliances, and building leadership pipelines.
Prior to joining UK Realty, Dhiraj held senior leadership roles at Vihang Group, ANAROCK, Omkar Realtors & Developers, and Rajesh Wadhawan Group. In these roles, he spearheaded HR transformation programmes, guided leadership hiring, and streamlined processes to align HR practices with business growth objectives. His ability to balance strategic advisory with people-centric leadership has made him a trusted HR advisor in the real estate sector.
Dhiraj holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management (MHRDM) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), one of India’s premier management schools. He also earned a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Sciences from the Udupi Institute of Hotel and Tourism Science, which laid the foundation for his people-first approach to leadership.
