Prior to joining TCG, Choudhury served as General Manager, Pan India Leasing at Karam Chand Thapar & Bros. (Coal Sales) Ltd., where he managed the leasing operations for Indian City Properties, a boutique developer renowned for its premium commercial real estate in central business districts of Tier 1 cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. His leadership in Pan India leasing strengthened the company’s market position and maximized asset value across multiple high-profile locations.
Choudhury’s career includes senior leadership roles with prominent real estate firms such as Bestech Group, where he served as AGM – Commercial Leasing, and Godrej Properties Limited, where he managed leasing and sales for office and retail spaces while leading marketing initiatives including digital outreach. At DLF Limited, he was instrumental in leasing and marketing for DLF Horizon Center, a prestigious joint venture between DLF and Hines, recognized as one of NCR’s most premium commercial developments.
