Before joining Simpliwork, Arijit served as AGM – Sales (East) at Awfis Space Solutions Limited, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence in the eastern region. His tenure at Awfis included leading sales operations, managing key accounts, and driving business expansion in competitive markets. Earlier, as Lead Growth at UrbanWrk, Arijit was instrumental in developing growth strategies and establishing the brand’s presence in the flexible workspace segment.
Arijit’s career also includes leadership roles at Awfis Space Solutions Private Limited as Senior Manager – Sales (East) and at Primarc Projects as Manager – Sales, where he contributed significantly to driving sales performance, managing large-scale real estate projects, and enhancing customer engagement.
