Riddhi Rokad has joined ARIX Capital Limited as Human Resources Manager, bringing with her a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations. In her current role, she is responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding, tracking employee leave and attendance, defining workplace policies, and contributing to organisational structure and workforce planning.
Before joining ARIX Capital Limited in June 2025, Riddhi served as Human Resources Manager at Asense Branding, where she managed end-to-end hiring processes, policy implementation, and employee engagement initiatives. Prior to that, she gained extensive recruitment expertise during her tenure at One Plus Staffing Solution, progressing from Human Resources Recruiter to Senior Human Resources Recruiter, where she worked on sourcing top talent, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.
Riddhi’s earlier career includes her role as Human Resources Executive at Emperor Brains IT Solutions LLP, where she handled a wide range of HR activities such as job description creation, onboarding, training coordination, and HR data management. Her diverse experience across industries and company sizes has equipped her with the adaptability and strategic mindset required for a leadership role in HR.
A graduate in Business Administration from Saurashtra University, Riddhi combines academic knowledge with hands-on expertise in people management. Her appointment at ARIX Capital Limited marks a step towards strengthening the company’s human resource framework, ensuring efficient workforce management, and fostering a positive workplace culture that supports organisational growth.
