Ashok M has been appointed as the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at IREP Credit Capital, bringing with him over two decades of rich experience in driving technology-led transformation across the financial services ecosystem. In his new role, Ashok will be spearheading the organization’s technology vision, ensuring that IT strategies are aligned with business goals and delivering next-generation digital solutions to scale operations and innovation. His arrival marks a significant move in IREP Credit Capital’s mission to deepen digital capabilities and elevate operational efficiency.
Ashok’s distinguished career spans leadership roles at TATA Capital, Piramal Finance, and Hexaware Technologies. Most recently, he served as CIO at TATA Capital Housing Finance Ltd, where he led a range of mission-critical projects including Construction Finance LOS automation, RPA-driven payout systems, and digital journey orchestration using advanced platforms like TCS LPP and RedHat Fuse. His tenure also saw the successful implementation of integrated technology frameworks involving FinnOne, CAS, LMS, BRE systems, and automation of the loan lifecycle—transforming customer experience and internal productivity alike.
Previously, Ashok held key leadership positions at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance, where he played an instrumental role in building agile and scalable lending platforms using Salesforce, SharePoint LOS, CLMS, and API-based integrations with key financial data providers. His earlier stints at Tata Capital Financial Services Ltd further reinforced his deep domain knowledge in asset-side product automation, CRM-LMS integration, and solution architecture for enterprise applications.
Ashok brings a diverse blend of IT strategy, team management, project execution, governance, and compliance expertise, combined with strong stakeholder management and board-level engagement. With core skills in IT-enabled business transformation, he is set to drive IREP Credit Capital’s digital agenda and foster innovation across teams and processes.
